Barnaby Fitzpatrick (Irish: Brian Mac Giolla Phádraig), 5th Baron Upper Ossory (d. 1639-41) was the son and heir of Teige Fitzpatrick, 4th Baron Upper Ossory.〔Carrigan, William.
